How to make Mrs. Fields Cookie?

昨天弄了古古力曲奇,第二次弄古古力曲奇,轉了食譜,成功了!剛出爐不久吃,九成像 Mrs. Fields Cookie,不過今天吃就差一點了,下次還是不弄這麼多了,即日吃完就會十分美味了!

Mrs. Fields Cookies (56 pieces 2" cookies)

Ingredients:
113.5g Butter
113.5g Brown Sugar (I use dark sugar instead of brown sugar, I think the taste is similar)
113.5g White Sugar (I suggest to use 70g - 80g as the color will be better and not too sweet finally)
227g Plain Flour
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla oil
1/4 tsp Almond oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/4 cup Oatmeal
2-3 oz Hershey chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Cream together butter, white sugar and brown/dark sugar. Add egg, vanilla oil and almond oil.
2. Put small amounts of oatmeal in blender; blend until it turns to powder; set aside.
3. Mix powdered oatmeal, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
4. Combine all above ingredients except chocolate; mix well.
5. Add chocolate chips.
6. Make golfball sized cookies, spaced 2" apart.
7. Preheat the oven at 180C, 20 minutes. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes at 180C.
